About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Front Office Department, The Club Lounge Supervisor reports to the Club Lounge Manager.
As Club Lounge Supervisor you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
- It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the Club Lounge operations. Be pro-active, creative and results driven.? The Club Lounge Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day Club Lounge operational requirements.? When Club Lounge Manager is absent, this position will act in his/her capacity.
As Club Lounge Supervisor, we?expect?from you:?
- University Graduate
- 2 years Executive Club supervisory experience in a hotel of similar deluxe standing
- Experience dealing with all levels including owners, corporate officers, support staff and all hotel employees
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- The ability to work well in a team environment?
- Must possess good written and verbal command of the English Language
- Must possess good verbal command of Mandarin Language
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality???

工作地點位于上海浦東文華東方酒店，在前廳部，行政酒廊主管向 行政酒廊經(jīng)理匯報。
作為 行政酒廊前臺主管，您將負責(zé)以下職責(zé)：
- 行政酒廊主管需全面負責(zé)行政酒廊運營的各個方面。要積極主動，有創(chuàng)造性，有目標(biāo)。行政酒廊主管主要負責(zé)行政酒廊每天運作方面的要求。當(dāng)行政酒廊經(jīng)理不在時執(zhí)行行政酒廊經(jīng)理的職責(zé)。
作為 行政酒廊前臺主管，我們對您的期望：
- 大學(xué)畢業(yè)
- 2年高檔酒店行政酒廊主管的工作經(jīng)驗
- 有經(jīng)驗來處理各個層面，包括業(yè)主，管理者，支持員工和所有酒店同事
