About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the SPA Department, The Spa Operation Supervisor reports to the Director of Spa.
As Spa Operation Supervisor you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
- The Spa Operations Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa concierge and spa attendant functions.
As Spa Operation Supervisor we?expect?from you:?
- University or post-graduate diploma is required ? ? ?? ?
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish allmajor responsibilities and tasks.? ?
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
- Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa knowledge
- Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies andprocedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.
- Must have knowledge of current spa trends in the industry
- Must have knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well-beingof all guests in a spa environment
- Must be open to learning about treatments and concepts that derive fromother cultures
- To set a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance andattitude as expected of all spa colleagues.
- To be adaptable and accountable for all actions
- Consistently strive for a higher level of achievement both personally and professionally
- Must takes into account levels of service, buying styles, ages and demographics of guests. The ability to up sell services, recommends products, and assures client satisfaction
- Must be willing to be proactive, take initiative and be held account able when dealing with guests.

- 水療運營主管負責但不限于水療接待員和水療服務人員的各項工作。
