崗位職責/職位描述
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policyrelating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
對酒店的規章制度、衛生、健康安全有明確的了解。
To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround serviceareas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard ofroom cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by ourhotel.
管理客房服務員并檢查客房及服務區域的衛生，注意從酒店的全局出發并根據要求建立國際化的衛生標準。
To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long stayingguests.
檢查所有客房，重要客人的房間以及重要客人的到達，以及常住客人的房間衛生。
To documentall daily activities and events such as guest complaints and habits in thelogbook.
記錄日常所有的活動，例如客人的投訴和喜好等。
To attend to guest requests and complaints. Takes corrective action.
采用正確的方式處理客人的要求和投訴。
To check on the standard of "Turn down services".
中班主管檢查夜床服務是否符合標準。
To ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms, and ensure maximum guestsatisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
確保所有客房按酒店標準清潔，同時保證客人最大程度的滿意。
To prepare daily work sheet for room Attendants.
準備客房服務員的每日工作表。
To perform secondary duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.And Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
執行行政管家及行政副管家所分配的其它次要的任務。
Record daily events in the logbook and follow up on previous informationreported by outgoing supervisor daily.
記錄日常事件并繼續向下一班主管的做好交班。
To assist in the inventory of guestroom linen.
協助客房布草的盤點。
Prepares supervisor’s report, accomplishes requisition from andmaintenance work orders.
準備主管報告，完成維護工作需求。
Collects R.A.’s reports for submission to Housekeeping office.
收集客房服務人才作報告并將其上交到辦公室文員處。
Reports and turns over any items left by guests to Lost & Foundin-charge.
提醒人才報告并上交任何客人的遺留的物品。
