崗位職責/職位描述

  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Security at all times whilst on duty;

確保值班內(nèi)任何時刻酒店的安全;

  • Patrols lobbies、corridors、guest floors and public areas and makes use of security system appropriately, while ensuring there are no fires, unsafe conditions, and/or missing or inoperative safety equipment;

巡視大堂、走廊、樓層和公共區(qū)域并正確運用巡更系統(tǒng),以確保沒有火災(zāi)、安全隱患和遺失或失靈的安全器材;

  • Ensures that the Hotel’s policy and procedures in key issuance are adhered to at all times;

確保時刻嚴格遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度;

  • Ensures that the Hotel’s policy and procedures on the issuance of Security Passes are adhered to for all visitors including suppliers, contractors,part-timers, associates and so on;

確保所有的來訪者包括供應(yīng)商、老客戶、小時工和酒店的員工嚴格遵守酒店的安全保衛(wèi)的制度和守則;

  • Ensures that tasks and duties listed for designated posts such as Associate Entrance, Control Room, Spa Village, Lobby, Guest Floors, Exterior Car Park Area and Hotel Driveway are professionally carried out at all times;

確保一些任務(wù)和職責明確成為條款比如員工通道、監(jiān)控室、大堂、客房樓層、停車區(qū)域都應(yīng)時刻保證安全工作到位;

  • Assists in the tasks assigned in emergency situations;

執(zhí)行緊急情況下分配的任務(wù);

  • Assists in the tasks assigned during Hotel Fire and Evacuation situations;

協(xié)助進行酒店防火和員工疏散工作;

  • Ensures all Fire Exits are not obstructed at all times;

確保所有的防火通道時刻暢通;

  • Questions any suspicious character in a polite manner; Refuses entry if the subject? is not able to provide reasonable reply; Requests for assistance immediately if the situation arises;

禮貌地詢問可疑的來訪者,如果不能提供原因的有權(quán)拒絕其進入酒店,當有緊急情況發(fā)生時應(yīng)請求幫助;

  • Assists guests at all times when being approached during patrol;

在巡視時,總是盡可能地幫助客人;

  • Assists guests at main entrance, opens car doors and directs to the elevator, when stationed in the lobby;

在酒店大堂巡視時,當需要,在酒店門口為客人服務(wù),開車門,并為客人指引電梯的方向;

  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved? satisfactorily;

持禮貌態(tài)度,有效妥善地解決所有住店客人和內(nèi)部客人的投訴和要求,以確保問題滿意地解決;

  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships;
