崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作職責(zé)：Monitor the daily operations of reservations
監(jiān)督日常預(yù)訂業(yè)務(wù)。
Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and black out dates
管理客房清單，包括對(duì)最佳效益區(qū)的客房及禁止預(yù)訂日期的分配和預(yù)訂進(jìn)行管理。
Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities
開展和實(shí)施以客房為基礎(chǔ)的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。
Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
跟蹤銷售計(jì)劃，促銷活動(dòng)，廣告，并向相關(guān)部門提供必要的反饋。
任職資格：
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
具有酒店管理，商業(yè)管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位
Experience –經(jīng)驗(yàn)3 years related experience or two years reservations/front office experience including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3年相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或2年預(yù)訂部或前臺(tái)經(jīng)驗(yàn)包括管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃c工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景
