Primary Responsibilities(MICE&EVENT) 主要職責(宴會&團隊模塊)
·?In charge of sales and reservations for banquets, conferences.
·Formulate marketing plans and resumes for banquet sales, improve the working procedures and standards of the banquet sales department, formulate the rules and regulations of the banquet sales department and direct their implementation.
·Arrange and supervise the normal work of subordinate personnel.
·Coordinate with the Food & Beverage leaders to negotiate banquet menus and prices.
·Communicate, coordinate and cooperate closely with other departments
·負責宴會和會議推銷、預訂工作;
·制定宴會銷售的市場推銷計劃、簡歷并完善宴會銷售部工作程序和標準,制定宴會銷售部規章制度并指揮實施;
·安排布置并督導下屬人員的正常工作;
·與餐飲部總監和行政總廚溝通協調,共同議定宴會菜單及價格;
·與其他部門溝通、協調、密切配合;
