Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty.
· Collect customer opinion questionnaires to maintain service quality and improve.
· Provide accurate booking information to guests.
· Implement the list of "no-show guests" and daily team cancellations.
· Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
· Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
· Ensures front line staff complies with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
· To assist all area in the Front Office Dept. whilst on duty as required.

· 向客人提供準(zhǔn)確訂房信息。
· 落實(shí)”預(yù)訂未到客人”的名單和每日?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)取消情況。
· 分析房?jī)r(jià)差異報(bào)告以保證控制客房收入。
· 熟知酒店緊急情況所有處理程序。
· 確保一線員工遵從散客市場(chǎng)技巧并進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售。
· 在當(dāng)班時(shí)間根據(jù)需要協(xié)助前廳部所有崗位的工作。
Knowledge and Experience 知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· The appearance is dignified, loves hotel work, studies business, has quick response, is good at communication, has good management and coordination skills, and can play the role of management, leadership and supervision well.
· Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility in work, dare to take responsibility, and have strong execution ability.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
· 能用流利的英語(yǔ)從事前廳服,精通電腦操作,具備較強(qiáng)的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力。
· 儀表端莊,熱愛(ài)酒店工作,鉆研業(yè)務(wù),反應(yīng)敏捷,善于交際具有較好的管理和協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠很好的發(fā)揮其管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督的作用。
· 注重細(xì)節(jié),工作有責(zé)任心,敢于承擔(dān)責(zé)任,執(zhí)行力較強(qiáng)。
· 有上進(jìn)心和良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和抗壓能力。
