Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)?:
·?Make guests friendly when provide personal service. Ensure guests feel the real five star service level .
· Provide clean room service according to the hotel standard to make sure the Highest guests satisfaction.
· Make sure all the vacant room can be rent at any time.
· Clean the floor and all the service areas according to the hotel standard.
· Finish the work list when a room is cleaned.
· Check and put the articles in the min-bar and open a bill list.
· Write a bepont of cleaning the room after cleaning a room.
· 在提供個(gè)人服務(wù)時(shí)要讓客人感到親切,確保客人感受到的服務(wù)是真正的五星級服務(wù)。
· 根據(jù)酒店所建立的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供干凈的客房服務(wù),以確保客人的滿意。
· 確保所有的空房間隨時(shí)保持出租狀態(tài)。
· 根據(jù)酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打掃客用樓層和所有服務(wù)區(qū)域。
· 每做完一間房后應(yīng)完成做房工作表。
· 檢查、填充迷你吧內(nèi)的物品并開出賬單。
· 每打掃完一間房后填寫做房報(bào)告表。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
· Health and hard working.
· 1 year abobve experience.
· 身體健康,能吃苦耐勞。
· 有同等崗位一年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
