崗位職責/職位描述
- Check work and vacation schedules do not fall short when hotel is expecting high occupancy.
- 檢查工作和休假計劃，確保酒店在高客房率時不要缺少人手。
- Foster better coordination and harmonious effective communication in the housekeeping department with other? ? ?department.
- 和別的部門之間保持良好的溝通和協調。
- Ensure assigned areas are clean and maintained up to hotel’s standards
- 保證被分配的區域干凈和達到酒店的標準。
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purpose. Note down ? ? ?observations from those areas regarding cleaning procedures, repair orders? and maintenance defects. Do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.
- 實施日常的酒店檢查、清潔、安全、和維護，并且記錄不足之處，填寫維修單，做好跟進工作并立刻行動。
- Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests who arrival during the day especially international guests.?
- 抽查當天到的貴賓的夜床。
- Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.
- 確保所有的客房在任何時間的清潔都有條理的進行。
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms availability and rooms which should be taken out of order for repair ? ? ?and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.
- 和前臺協調好可售出的房間及封閉大修房及大清潔的房間。
- Monitor public areas and guestrooms floors of the hotel and ensure they are spic and sanitary condition throughout the year. Ensure the general cleaning procedures in their own respective areas by consistently checking their records monthly.?
- 關注公共區域和客人房間在全年都保持在良好的狀態，確保貫徹大清潔的程序，并且檢查月計劃。
- Support checking allocated VIP and P6 rooms and ensure that they are clean and in order. Inspection must be done after floor supervisors have inspected the rooms.
- 協助檢查當天到的貴賓房間，并且確保房間是干凈整潔并是樓層主管檢查過的。
