崗位職責/職位描述
- 確保使用凱悅的DCP銷售哲學和銷售原則,做到專業(yè)的銷售拜訪。Ensures professional sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and DCP philosophies.
- 協(xié)助以及貫徹執(zhí)行所有在銷售部重要事項及解決方案和3個月行動計劃中所列出的銷售相關活動。Assist to prepare and implements all sales activities outlined in the Critical Sales & Marketing Issues and Resolutions and 3-month Action Plan.
- 認真計劃銷售拜訪以達到銷售目的。Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
- 仔細了解酒店設施,特征及服務知識。Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services.
- 廣泛關注競爭對手的動態(tài),保持完善杰出的酒店產(chǎn)品知識。Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.
- 確保持續(xù)的高效的銷售拜訪,并匯報給銷售總監(jiān)所獲得的信息及機會。Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
- 提前評估并開發(fā)酒店的各種數(shù)據(jù),開發(fā)合適的和高效的銷售戰(zhàn)略。同時提高酒店的市場份額。Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilising hotel database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
- 專業(yè)的電話溝通,處理各種酒店新生意的詢價,并及時跟進。Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
- 酒店VIP客人到店或離店時,接見并問候。Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/departure.
- 計劃出差,拜訪與酒店生意相關的新客人或潛力目標顧客。Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.
- 帶客人參觀酒店及款待客人。Entertains and conducts hotel tours to relevant representatives/delegates whenever required.
- 為即將計劃在酒店辦活動的客戶建立強大的聯(lián)系資源。Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regard to planned and upcoming functions/ events.
- 協(xié)助銷售伙伴在對方不在時跟進其所有相關事宜。Assists Sales Buddy to follow-up on all matters in the absence of Sales Buddy.?
