崗位職責/職位描述

· 維修，保養和工程設備操作工作要與部門要求相一致
Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards
· 合理的使用和維護所有電氣工具設施
Properly handles and maintains all power tools
· 按照POMEC部門管理要求，對其他商務人員或技術員予以支持
Assists other trades persons or technicians when requested by POMEC Management
· 避免潛在危險的發生，遵從當地法律和法規
Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes
· 確保所有工作區域干凈整潔，在進行維護、維修的時候做好周邊保護工作
Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties
· 維修、保養工作以及工程運營達到客戶的期望
Performs repairs and maintenance works and engineering operations to meet customers’ expectations
· 確保管轄區內能耗可以實時測量，儀表正常使用

Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational
· 遇到火災等緊急逃生的情況，要執行緊急疏散流程。比如參加火警報警及救援工作
