崗位職責/職位描述

輔助酒店市場傳訊策略的執(zhí)行（目標、策略和行動）

Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).


協(xié)助市場傳訊部總監(jiān)，確保酒店市場傳訊活動與公司營銷策略一致，對酒店活動予以適當執(zhí)行

Assists Marcom Director to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.


開發(fā)并維持與媒體及其工作人員的積極聯(lián)系，評估所有媒體要約和宣傳

Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluatesall media solicitations and exposures.


協(xié)助監(jiān)測所有當前本地和國外公眾對酒店的態(tài)度和評述

Assists in monitoring all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in local and foreign media.


協(xié)助確保所有酒店廣告和宣傳材料（本地餐飲和招聘等）符合凱悅國際品牌標準

Assists in ensuring all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) comply with Hyatt International’s brand standards.


協(xié)助維持整個酒店數(shù)字和電子商務預算以及相關供應商關系（如：支持賬單和發(fā)票等）

Assist to maintain overall hotel digital and ecommerce budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs, etc.)

Identify, articulate and defend insights and recommendations to senior hotel management

Assists inwriting press releases. Assist in preparation for media visits and interviews.?Maintains and updates the hotel’s photo library.

Prepares monthly PR reports.

Works with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.

Attends Departmental Meetings as scheduled.
