崗位職責(zé)/Job Responsibilities
- 根據(jù)部門總體市場(chǎng)策略編制自己分管的市場(chǎng)的銷售計(jì)劃。
According to the overall market strategy of the Department, prepare the sales plan in charge of the market.
- 對(duì)本市場(chǎng)中的客源大戶要熟悉他們的基本情況,隨時(shí)關(guān)注其變化并適時(shí)做出應(yīng)對(duì)。
The market source of tourists should be familiar with their basic situation, always pay attention to their changes, and timely response.
- 組織本組組員對(duì)新市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。
Organize team members to develop new markets.
- 管理開發(fā)好自己的客戶。
Manage and develop your customers.
- 協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理做好本市場(chǎng)客戶的建立及升級(jí)管理工作,保持客戶檔案的完整。
Assist the Department Manager to do the establishment and upgrade management of the customer in the market, and keep the customer file intact.
崗位要求/Job Requirements
1.大專以上學(xué)歷。有從事酒店前臺(tái)、銷售、公關(guān)等部門的工作經(jīng)歷。
College degree or above. Working experience in hotel front desk, sales and PR department.
2.相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年或以上。
Min. 2years working experience in hospitality industry.
3.具有市場(chǎng)調(diào)查和預(yù)測(cè)能力，能及是掌握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，并能綜合分析，及時(shí)地提出相應(yīng)的措施和合理的建議。
Ability to market research and forecast, be able to grasp market trends, and analyze comprehensively and timely put forward relevant measures and reasonable suggestions
4.良好的英語(yǔ)和普通話的書寫和交流能力；
Proficiency in written and spoken English with andMandarin.
5.能撰寫市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告，具有起草工作計(jì)劃、總結(jié)及業(yè)務(wù)匯報(bào)的能力。
Strong language skills, ability to write market research reports, drafting, planning, summarizing and reporting capabilities.
