Key Result Areas工作職責(zé)
1.????? Directs and co-ordinates all subordinate housekeeping staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectation are met.
指導(dǎo)和管理所有客房部下屬員工,確保每天的運(yùn)營(yíng)工作得到準(zhǔn)時(shí)的處理,并且達(dá)到客人的期望。
2.????? Co-ordinates with front office to ensure that rooms are serviced and turned down according to guest requirements and vacant rooms are cleaned for new arrivals.? ???
配合前臺(tái),確保按客人的要求來(lái)提供房間服務(wù),并且為新進(jìn)店的客人清潔好空房。
3.????? Monitors the daily servicing of guest rooms, villa pantry, public areas and back of house areas to ensure they conform to requisite standards.?
監(jiān)管每日客房,別墅工作間,公共區(qū)域和后勤區(qū)域,確保所有區(qū)域都符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.????? Prepares duty rosters, vacation plans and schedules and public holiday schedules to ensure efficient use of human?? resources.

5.????? Ensure guest laundry is laundered and delivered as per hotel standards, and guests are billed accordingly. Ensures employee uniforms and all hotel linen are in good condition and laundered as per hotel standards.
確保客衣按酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清洗和送返,客人可依此付費(fèi),確保員工的制服和酒店的布草狀態(tài)良好,而且按照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)洗。
6.????? Monitors the standard of work carried out by contractors engaged by the hotel to ensure that it meets the agreed quality.
監(jiān)控酒店同意的承包商工作開(kāi)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保工程達(dá)到協(xié)定的質(zhì)量。
7.????? Oversees inventory control, purchasing, disbursement and control for all aspects of housekeeping operations.
監(jiān)控物品盤(pán)點(diǎn),采購(gòu),發(fā)放,控制客房運(yùn)行的各個(gè)方面。
8.????? Directs and co-ordinates the mini bar operation to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guests are billed accordingly.

9.????? Administers the hotels ‘Lost and Found’ system.

10.????? Directs and co-ordinates all activities of the gardening department.

11.????? Ensures that employees are selected, trained, evaluated and rewarded in compliance with existing employee management system.

Job Specification工作要求
- 6 to 8 years hotel working experience
? 6-8年酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- College degree plus technical certificate of diploma or above
