Key Result Areas 工作職責：
1.Directs and controls all subordinate Engineering staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
指導和控制所有工程部下屬員工確保每天運行問題被及時處理, 達到客人預期.
2.Maintains facilities and equipment by and conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures
通過日常檢查和決定合適的整改措施保持設備設施完好.
3.Maintains systems to be able to handle day to day guest requests quickly and efficiently
保持系統能快速有效地處理客人每天的請求.
4.Prepares duty rosters, vacation plans and schedules and public holiday schedules to ensure efficient use of human resources
準備排班表, 休假計劃及法定假的安排, 確保人員的有效利用.
5.Plans and schedules appropriate ongoing preventative maintenance programs
計劃并安排合適的預防性維修.
6.Keeps records of all information in the form of blueprints, diagrams, manuals, maintenance records, logs and?? journals relevant to the efficient operation of the department
