【崗位職責(zé)】
1、遵守操作規(guī)程及酒店規(guī)章制度。
2、按計(jì)劃?rùn)z修客房，檢修公共區(qū)域，根據(jù)客房損壞情況排出先后次序。
3、完成綜合性臨時(shí)任務(wù)，如檢查VIP房、監(jiān)督客房、餐廳、大堂等外包大修工作。
4、完成賓客提出的小修工作。
5、完成維修領(lǐng)班安排的其它工作。
6、提供客房設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀、公共區(qū)域現(xiàn)狀，提出補(bǔ)救意見。
【任職資格】
1.中專及以上學(xué)歷；
2.年齡55周歲及以下；
3.有一定的工程維修操作技能者優(yōu)先；
4.具備計(jì)劃、總結(jié)等文字能力；
5.有良好的溝通能力。
