About the role
- Ensure to provide courteous, professional and efficiency service to guests all the time.?
- 確保能夠向客人提供始終如一的高效、優質、專業的服務。?
- Follow up all assigned tasks and other special work tasks.?
- 切實履行四季生活分配的任務和其它特別的工作計劃。?
What you will do
- Be able to handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information data could be delivered timely and correctly.?
- 能回應所有的電話咨詢或來函，確保數據/信息被正確地及時傳遞。?
- Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities. Be able to conduct hotel tour with client.?
- 熟練會員卡的各項信息及酒店設施，能帶領客戶參觀酒店。?
- Collect and register the guest information. Ensure all application form is fully completed. Proper explanation is given if there exists any discrepancy?
- 跟進客戶信息的收集與登記，確保所有的申請表格都是完全完成的，如果有差異也是可以給與解釋的。?
- Conduct the sales call as scheduled to prospect for new customer, so as to achieve the fixed sales target.?
- 定期進行客戶拜訪活動，拓展開發新客戶，力爭達到所確定的銷售目標。?
- Maintain a good relationship with customers by providing an excellent after sale service to improve the renewal rate of the membership card?
- 提供持續良好的售后服務，以維系客戶關系，穩定并提高會員續會率。?
- Deliver the latest F&B promotion information to customers in time and follow on the reservation, payment and other related work.?
- 及時向客戶發布最新的餐飲促銷信息，跟進預定、收款及其他相關工作。?
- Concern on all the demand change trend and feedback of customer, analysis the reason and provide according advice to LBFS Project Director of F&B Sales and Sales Manager.?
- 隨時關注客戶的需求變化、反饋意見，定期向餐飲銷售部項目總監及銷售經理匯報并提出建議與意見。?
- Practices excellent Telesales Handling Skills and is capable of excellent Telesales.?
- 練習優良的電話溝通技術而且能夠做到優秀的電話銷售。?
- Assist in the compilation of telephone market surveys and competitor researches report.?
- 幫助進行電話市場調查，編輯對競爭者進行研究的報告。?
- Ensure to achieve the monthly sales target.?
- 確保每月銷售目標的完成。?
- Assist in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required.?
- 對有關酒店資訊對客戶傳達或需要時提供幫助。
- Follows up sales task whenever required or assigned by the Project Director of F&B Sales.?
- 任何時候都需要跟進處理餐飲銷售部項目總監分派下來的任務。?
What you bring
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.?
- 大專以上學歷，酒店/餐廳管理專業或有同等經驗者優先?
- Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.??
- 對四季酒店的餐飲服務、政策或操作有一定的了解，并對酒店有一定的了解。工作知識一般是在工作中學習的。?
- Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.??

- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.??
