What you will do
- Implements all catering and events sales action plans related to the respective catering market segment and as outlined in the Marketing Plan.??

- Take ownership of?customer?from point of contract to after sales service.??

- Develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients.??

- Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all personal sales calls.??

- Review bills with organizers regularly so as?eliminate?any adjustments on?final?invoice.??

- Verifies charges and layout of in voice prepared by Accounts Receivable or Front Office before sending?invoice?to clients.??
