職位介紹：
作為高級維修技術員-電氣，您的主要職責是進行各種電氣系統維修維護，包括各種電氣設施的預防性維修保養，故障排除和維修及供配電氣設備、照明，安裝新的電氣設施，弱電系統，增加插座、開關，彎管和重設斷路器等工作，檢查系統/設備運行狀態和功能狀況，確保系統/設備的正常運行。
工作內容：
· 您應高度重視安全，并身體力行。
· 您將確保所負責范圍內的資產安全可靠，保證演出布景質量。
· 照明系統，負責照明設備初裝及故障照明設備更換。能搬運并使用普通手動工具和梯子。必須能爬高，能長時間保持手臂舉過肩部的姿勢的各種維修工作。
· 防護檢修，必須擁有電氣技術方面的能力，能讀懂詳細指令，能通過所有合規所要求的技術和安全培訓考核。工作中需要步行或騎車，需以跪、俯、攀等姿勢工作。能搬動設備到合適位置，供維護檢查，推/拉的設備不超過50磅，搬舉的工具和設備不超過50磅，能攜帶配件和工具爬樓梯/梯子。需在惡劣天氣在室內外工作，無論班次。需頻繁使用重5到50磅的電動/手動工具。
· 對配電系統和配件進行故障檢修，要求熟練掌握檢修技能，精通高/低壓知識，能使用普通手動工具/計量表/計量器和其他配套檢測和測量工具。必須能讀懂方案圖、流程圖、示意圖和施工資料。
· 安裝新導管、電線、控制器和斷路器——能做簡單計算，能分清顏色，了解中國電氣領域的相關法律法規。
· 會使用CMMS系統（MAXIMO）管理工作量——將被要求參加合規和其他相關培訓并通過考核，確保文件的正確維護。能使用計算機。能明確工作職責，確定所需配件/材料，并通過指定供應商進行采購。
· 能夠安全并熟練地使用手動工具以及公司配備的特殊工具，包括制冷計量表、電流表或鉗形電流表、真空泵、電筆、電筒、計量秤和電壓表等。需要搬運管子、真空吸塵器和經過批準的噴霧器。必須能夠識別故障的、損壞的、不安全的工具和設備，經過公司配備的工具的使得培訓。
· 根據工作范圍，選擇合適的配件，能夠熟練地閱讀說明書和識別電路圖，根據維護手冊采用正確的維修方案和更換流程。
· 與其他同事或其它專業的員工合作，處理各種維修工作。有較強的書面和口頭溝通技巧。
· 您須給初級和中級維修技術員工制定培訓計劃，選擇實際發生的安全案例作為培訓內容，提高員工的安全意識。協助經理評估其他組員的績效，提高組員的技術能力。
· 您須保持設備、設備機房和工作間的干凈、整潔。
· 您還需完成領導安排的其他任務。
我們希望您：
· 擁有職業技術學校或以上教育背景。
· 持特種作業操作證（低壓與高壓電氣）。
· 良好的手工作業經驗與技能。
· 有電氣設備維護行業的工作經驗，了解電氣設備維護工作流程、技能、工具、設備等。
· 有五年以上供配電系統和電氣設備維護領域相關工作經驗，或五星級酒店同等工作經歷。
· 具有良好的溝通能力，善于團隊合作。
· 能在倒班制的所有時段（即三班中的任意一班）、周末工作。
· 能在節假日工作。
· 具備標準流利的普通話溝通能力和良好的中文書面表達能力。

Job Summary:
As a Senior Technician-Electrical, your main responsibilities include performing maintenance and upkeep of various electrical systems. This encompasses preventive maintenance of electrical facilities, troubleshooting and repairs, maintenance of power supply and distribution equipment and lighting, installation of new electrical facilities and low-voltage systems, adding sockets and switches, pipe bending, and resetting circuit breakers. Additionally, you will inspect the operating status and functional conditions of systems/equipment to ensure stable and normal operation.
What You’ll Do:
· You should attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work.
· You will ensure the safety and reliability of assets within your responsibility and maintain the quality of stage sets.
· For lighting systems: Responsible for the initial installation of lighting equipment and replacement of faulty lighting fixtures. Capable of carrying and using common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to work at heights and perform various maintenance tasks while maintaining a posture with arms raised above the shoulders for extended periods.
· Preventative Maintenance - Must have technical electrical competence, able to read and understand detailed instruction, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. Will walk or bicycle, kneel, bend, and climb. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks. This will entail pushing/pulling equipment less than 50 lbs, lifting tools and equipment less than 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders while grasping parts and tools. May work indoors or outside during inclement weather and on any shift. Requires frequent handling of powered/manual tools weighing 5-50 lbs.
· Troubleshoot power distribution systems and components: Require proficient troubleshooting skills, mastery of high/low voltage knowledge, and the ability to use common hand tools, meters/gauges, and other supporting testing and measuring instruments. Must be able to read plans, flowcharts, schematics, and construction documents.
· Install new conduits, wires, controllers, and circuit breakers: Able to perform basic calculations, distinguish colors, and understand relevant laws and regulations in China's electrical field.
· Proficient in using CMMS (MAXIMO) to manage workload: Required to attend and pass compliance and other relevant training and ensure proper maintenance of documents. Skilled in computer operation. Able to clarify job responsibilities, identify required accessories/materials, and procure them through designated suppliers.
· Able to safely and proficiently use hand tools and special tools provided by the company, including refrigeration gauges, ammeters/clamp meters, vacuum pumps, test pens, flashlights, weighing scales, and voltmeters, etc. Required to carry pipes, vacuum cleaners, and approved sprayers. Must be able to identify faulty, damaged, or unsafe tools and equipment, and complete training on the use of company-provided tools.
· Based on the work scope, select appropriate accessories. Proficient in reading manuals and identifying circuit diagrams and adopting correct repair plans and replacement procedures in accordance with maintenance manuals.
· Cooperate with other colleagues or professional staff to handle various maintenance tasks. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· You must develop training plans for junior and intermediate maintenance technicians, select actual safety cases as training content to enhance employees' safety awareness. Assist the manager in assessing the performance of other team members and improving their technical capabilities.
· You must maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of equipment, equipment, rooms, and workspaces.
· You are also required to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
What To Bring:
· Hold special operating license (Electrical low and high voltage).
· Good hand work experience and skill.
· Experience working in an electrical maintenance environment with knowledge of electrical maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of power distribution systems and electrical equipment, or equivalent work experience in five-star hotels.
· Good communication skills and the spirit of cooperation.
· Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed required by management.
· Available to work on holidays.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
