崗位職責/職位描述

?Maintains a steady flow of communication to FOM, AFOM and other section heads.
與部門經理、副經理及其它部門負責人保持經常穩定的溝通。
?Maintain well relationship with the government police, implement the police standard process.
與當地公安部門建立并保持良好的關系,執行賓客信息錄入標準。
?Conducts appraising functions, observe associate’s performance and give the feedback or direct correctly, report their performance to the manager impersonality.
指導員工評估機制,客觀觀察員工表現并予以正確指導,向部門經理客觀反映員工表現。
?Attend Front Office regular (departmental) meetings, conduct FO daily operation meeting.
參加前廳部例會,主持當班班組會議。
?Prepare and check various daily and monthly records and reports, and other reports as required.
按需求準備及檢查各種日報表、月報表及其它工作報告。
?Ensure and oversee that the Guest Relations Officer and Lobby Ambassador’s shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
負責監督客戶關系主任和大堂服務大使及時準確地完成本職的日常工作。
?Increase the Upselling revenue to achieve and exceeding the targets.
提高客房升銷收入,完成并超越預算。
?Effectively resolve guest complaints

有效解決客人投訴。
?To strict implement the process of free upgrade, complimentary welcome amenities or breakfast and complimentary transportation, to avoid loss the revenue.
嚴格執行客房免費升級、免費水果/飲品及免費早餐及免費接送贈送流程,避免酒店收入的損失。
?To strict control over the process of high balance, rebate, accounts transfer or adjustment, Le Club member points, monitor the pretty cash, all above process in according with finance policy.
監督押金不足、費用減免、轉賬調賬、會員積分流程,監管分部門備用金,符合財務制度。
?Check VIP guest ledger report and make adjustment and report for any mistake. Ensure the accurate of all VIP guest's bills and expected departure guest bills.
檢查重要客人的消費余額,如果發現任何錯誤應及時更正并記錄,確保所有貴賓帳單的準確性。
