崗位職責/職位描述

  • To responsible for all activities at the front desk, lead the FD team to achieve all goals.負責管理前臺所有的事務,帶領前臺團隊達到各個目標。
  • Be good knowledgeable with brand standard and implement it.熟知并執行品牌標準。
  • To participate to establish and revise the department’s SOP, P&P, rules and regulations, to ensure that standards are in accordance with the operations manual.參與建立并完善部門工作運行手冊、規章制度、政策與程序,確保所有工作符合酒店標準。
  • Maintains a steady flow of communication to FOM, AFOM and other section heads.與部門經理、副經理及其它部門負責人保持經常穩定的溝通。
  • Make recommendations to management on equipment, work methods, supplies and decorations.向上級匯報有關設備、工作方法、供應品及裝飾品的管理方法。
  • Maintain well relationship with the government police, implement the police standard process.與當地公安部門建立并保持良好的關系,執行賓客信息錄入標準。
  • Participate the appraising functions such as hiring, performance, counselling, suspending and dismissing staff if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity. Consult with section heads, FOM as appropriate in performing these duties.參與員工評估機制;比如雇傭、獎勵、忠告、暫緩及必要時解除職務,以確保適當的人員分配和高效率的工作。與部門主管、前廳經理協商以執行以上責任。
  • Observe associate’s performance and give the feedback or direct correctly, report their performance to the manager impersonality.客觀觀察員工表現并予以正確指導,向部門經理客觀反映員工表現。
  • Attend Front Office regular (departmental) meetings, conduct FO daily operation meeting.參加前廳部例會,主持當班班組會議。
  • Prepare and check various daily and monthly records and reports, and other reports as required.按需求準備及檢查各種日報表、月報表及其它工作報告。
  • Support hotel or department programs and activities.參加部門活動,支持酒店各類項目及活動。
  • Obey the duty roster, apply to get approve in advance if will have any changes.服從周末及節假日值班表,如需調整,需要提前申請并得到同意。
  • Supervises and guides Front Desk Supervisor to ensure that hotel’s policies and procedure are adhered to.監督指導前臺主管的工作,以保證所有酒店的規章制度能正常進行。
  • Supervises Front Desk operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.監督管理前臺的正常運營和流程,以最高限度的使客人滿意。
  • Coordinates meal breaks.組織好員工的用餐時間。
  • To ensure all front desk staff and sub-ordinates adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.確保所有的前臺員工以及助手能遵守酒店的規章制度。
  • To supervise and delegate duties to all front desk staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules as required.負責前臺所有員工的監管管理,并根據要求制定工作日程。
  • Reads and signs the logbook and notice board for the latest news and follow-ups.閱讀工作日志并簽字,注意板面上的最新信息并盡快解決落實。
  • Briefs next shift Supervisor/Captain on outstanding issues requiring further attention.向下班主管/領班交接未完成的事宜和需要注意的事情。
