崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Serving the guests in the most hospitable manner, all guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed. Bid farewell to all departing guests in the most courteous and professional manner.Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Escorts VIPs to assigned guestrooms, informing guests of hotel services, features and room amenities. Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay.
