崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Assist Club 68 Manager at all levels in ensuring the daily function of the Residences Club. Providing friendly, efficient and professional service through all of the departments.
? Ensures the Residences Club team maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards on a daily basis.? Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service level and engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.? To assist and support the Club Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.? Reviews performances of each team member on daily operations, observing personal space to improve.? Ensures the punctuality and appearance of all Club team members, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.? Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Club team members through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
