崗位職責/職位描述
Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the hotel.
? Ensures the Front Services team maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards on a daily basis.? Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service level and engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.? Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental; standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.? Provide input for probation and assist conduct formal annual performance appraisal of designated staff in line with company guidelines.? Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure
