作為一名賓客服務經理 - 中廚房(點心),你的主要工作職責為:
1. Able to set production, plating, and taste standards to ensure consistency.
2. Strong execution; able to support the Head Chef in achieving team targets.
3. Strong kitchen management skills; able to plan production, control costs, and reduce waste.
4. Good leadership skills; able to manage and motivate a team effectively.
1. 制定并優化點心出品、擺盤及口味標準,確保穩定性;
2. 執行力強,能配合廚師長完成工作目標;
3. 具備廚房管理能力,能統籌人員安排、制定備貨及生產計劃,并控制成本與損耗;
4. 具備良好的團隊管理能力,能夠帶領團隊高效運作,保障出品質量與運營穩定。
We are looking for someone who:
我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人:
1. At least 8 years of F&B experience; skilled in Cantonese and Hong Kong-style dim sum.
2. Solid experience in dim sum production with team management skills.
3. Capable of new product development, with strong quality control and standardization of output.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Strong cost control awareness.
1. 具備8年以上餐飲行業經驗,精通廣式及港式點心制作;
2. 具備豐富的點心制作及團隊管理經驗;
3. 具備新品研發及出品標準化與品質管控能力;
4. 具備良好的溝通與協作能力;
5. 具備較強的成本管控意識。
