作為一名賓客服務主管-禮賓，你的主要工作職責為：
1. Coordinates and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests' luggage
2. Handles guests' requests / enquires in a professional and helpful manner
3. Maintains all quality standards and procedures
4. Assists guests in airline reservation / confirmations, handling of messages, transportation arrangement, city tours, restaurant reservations
1、協調和確保及時遞送和收集客人行李
2、維護跟新處理客人需求的相關信息
3、客人在店期間維持服務質量
4、協助客人機票預定/確認，處理信息，車輛安排，城市旅行，餐廳預定。
