·? The Online Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining online channel to enhance extensive marketing basis through third party booking center, social media and other online channels, and to maintain the brand image.?

·? ?Create marketing plans for hotel to drive revenue across all online customers segments (leisure travel), and work with the property Director of Revenue Management to ensure a smooth execution

·? ?Own the results for hotel through tracking and analysis, using our proprietary performance measurement tool and other tracking systems.

·? Ensure property content / offers are up to date and consistent with brand strategies (if available).

確保酒店特別促銷推廣能及時更新,且符合其品牌戰略(如有)。?

·? Supervise online marketing campaigns with approved online agency.

督導已授權的在線客戶所進行的市場推廣活動。

·? Ensure brand consistency and reinforcement in all marketing copy, photography, communications and programs.

確保所有用于市場推廣的印刷品、照片、通信及策劃與品牌的一致性。?

· Write/proof-read copy and creative for all promotional offers before submitting to upper management

向上級提交之前制定并審核所有促銷計劃。?

· Research and develop promotions / partnerships with local social media and online to further hotels’ web presence and online revenue

·? Negotiate on behalf of the hotel in the region for new online marketing initiatives.

·? Compile and write text, prepare photos & work with creative for the specific opportunities.

·Locate and add our hotel to new partner marketing linking opportunities.

· Act as the primary point person for all local and regional third party accounts as.

作為與第三方渠道客戶聯系的主要負責人。

·Plan and execute tactical marketing plan through strategic third party channels according to brand strategies。

依據品牌戰略,通過第三方渠道,制定并執行具體的市場推廣計劃。?

·Maintain ongoing communication with key local and regional third party accounts, Creating cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites or sister properties.

保持與第三方渠道客戶的溝通, 創建與第三方網站或姐妹酒店的在線交叉推廣機會。

· Prepare weekly and monthly reporting from third party partners.

準備第三方渠道相關周報表及月報表。

· Design marketing strategies to drive revenue, as well as offers that will generate repeat business for hotel.

· Liaise with hotel operations teams on implementation of offers. Ensure offers are properly tagged and are being tracked.?

· Create and maintain matrix for hotel operations and reservations team on all promotions for the region to ensure consistency in offers and assurance that no overlap promotion exists.

高效認知及處理業務信息。?

· Responsible for social media development and maintenance, and interactive with fans / followers, assist to make the promotion plan, especially for Wechat and TikTok.

負責社交媒體的開發及維護, 粉絲互動,協助完成推廣計劃等,特別是微信與抖音新媒體

·Responsible for online comments reply and compile for upper management.
