崗位：中廚房上什/涼菜
1.主要職責是協助廚房正常運作，其包括編制菜單、成本控制、特殊事件操作、不斷推出新式菜肴、根據出品標準保證食品質量及全面了解我們的產品知識。圍繞朗廷集團的五大核心價值－信任、正直、尊重、一個團隊及服務與品牌精神推廣我們的產業文化。
Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations including menu planningand costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining foodquality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. Promotes the desiredwork culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Teamand Service of the Langham Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
2.監督廚房所有員工的工作，控制設備及成本，以盡可能增加效益。
Supervisethe function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributesto maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
3.負責本部所有食品的準備，烹飪及裝飾，以確保達到質量要求。
Responsiblefor the production, preparation and presentation of all food items in areasconcerned to??? ensure highest quality atall times.
