·???????????Follow the Chuan Spa and Health Club operating procedures and provide feedback to the Health Club Supervisor in order to fine tune the standards where applicable.

·???????????Greet Guests in accordance with the brand standards, escort them to their locker; robe, slippers and towels and explain the wet facilities.

assist with the orders on a weekly basis.

·???????????Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa is maintained on a day to day basis. Strictly monitor each area of the Spa / Club and complete the daily cleaning schedules.

·???????????Monitor the consumption and usage of all Locker Room amenities and replenish accordingly.

·???????????Handle any chemicals in accordance with the Hotel safety standards and manufacturers guidelines.

·???????????Collect all used towels / linen and re-stock with clean.

·???????????Ensure adequate supply of cold towels and serve them as directed.

·???????????Count all used towels / linen and fill out the laundry control sheets prior to sending to the Hotel laundry.

·???????????Ensure sufficient clean towels / linen is available in the Spa / Club and collects from the Hotel Laundry on a daily basis.

·???????????Ensure all brand standards; use of Guest name, Guest Comfort, Guest Refreshment etc. is constantly trained and monitors to achieve the highest level of service.
