·????????Produces a Public Relations Plan whichpromotes and maintains good public relations in order to maintain theprestigious image of the hotel.? Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.
制作公關(guān)計(jì)劃，促進(jìn)和保持良好的對(duì)外關(guān)系，以保持酒店的聲望。具體任務(wù)包括計(jì)劃、指導(dǎo)、管理、協(xié)調(diào)和參與所有公關(guān)活動(dòng)
·????????Develops a public relations programme for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets .
依照酒店的市場(chǎng)目標(biāo)開展公關(guān)活動(dòng)，與市場(chǎng)部門聯(lián)系，確定具體目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)并通過公關(guān)策略打入這些市場(chǎng)。
·????????Develops media contacts, plans media activity and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
與媒體人士聯(lián)系，策劃媒體活動(dòng)以及其它新聞活動(dòng)。代表酒店與媒體聯(lián)系，以促進(jìn)良好的公關(guān)形象，抵銷一切不良影響。
·????????Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases.
開發(fā)和組織促銷活動(dòng)，與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)，邀請(qǐng)嘉賓和媒體參與促銷活動(dòng)，準(zhǔn)備并進(jìn)行新聞發(fā)布。
·????????Establishes sales leads from the study of magazines, newspapers, online media and from personal contacts.
通過雜志、報(bào)紙、線上媒體和個(gè)人關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)銷售機(jī)會(huì)。
·????????Disseminates hotel press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media.
向合適的當(dāng)?shù)厣虡I(yè)和消費(fèi)者媒體發(fā)布酒店的新聞。
·????????Establishes a programme for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.

·? ? ? ? Prepares promotional press releases on personalities among guests and employees of the hotel and on newsworthy events in the hotel.

·????????Accepts clients complaints which related to the media crisis and accepts media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned.
接受客戶升級(jí)到媒體危機(jī)的投訴，和媒體的投訴、申請(qǐng)和詢問，并協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行處理。
·? ? ? ? Liaises with Human Resource Manager on matters affecting hotel image.
與人力資源經(jīng)理就影響酒店形象的相關(guān)事宜進(jìn)行聯(lián)系。
·????????Develop hotel gifts and giveaways.
準(zhǔn)備酒店禮品和贈(zèng)品。
·????????Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.
通過參與當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)的各種活動(dòng)在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)上樹立良好形象。
·? ? ? ? Co-ordinates hotel photography and video shooting when required.

·????????Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
