- Oversee the fulfillment of the hotel’s purchasing requirements and ensure all are met in a timely, cost effective manner and meeting the quality standards of the hotel.監督酒店采購要求的完成情況,確保所有采購都符合及時、經濟并且符合酒店的質量標準。
- Adhere to the hotel’s Purchasing Policy and Procedures when carrying out all purchases, including required approvals and quotations.采購時,遵守酒店采購政策和程序,包括所需要的批準和報價。
- Select suppliers impartially based upon cost, ability to meet product specifications, efficiency and quality of their operations, delivery on a timely basis as required and ability to source goods locally to avoid lengthy importation delays.公正的選擇供應商,按照價格、是否達到產品規格、效率和操作的質量,是否能按要求及時送貨以及是否能就近采購貨物以避免長途運輸造成的時間耽擱來選擇。
- Liaise with department heads to confirm understanding of required product specifications.聯系部門負責人確認了解所需產品的規格。
- Actively encourage networking with other Starwood hotels in the region (where possible) when negotiating supplier contracts to optimise terms and conditions on behalf of the hotel.當代表酒店協商供應商合同以優化條款和條件時,積極鼓勵與其他地區的喜達屋酒店合作(若可行)。
- Oversee posting of purchase orders into the Platinum Purchasing module on a timely basis to enable receiver to match against when goods are delivered.確保所有的采購訂單都已經錄入及時采購系統以保證收貨時能與采購訂單一致。
- ?Follow up on outstanding orders and advise operating departments of status.跟進未完成的訂單,并且將采購狀態通知運作部門負責人。
- Prepare and process any import declarations and licenses required.? Ensure Customs Duty has been paid on time for imported items.準備和審核任何進口聲明以及所需執照。確保及時繳納進口貨物的海關關稅。
- ?Liaise with government departments such as the Animal and Plant Inspection Office and Hygiene Office to ensure clearance / inspections have been completed.與政府部門聯系,例如動植物檢疫檢驗部門和衛生部門以確保填寫完通行證/檢驗。
- Regularly review contracted supplies to ensure prices are still competitive.? Maintain competitor knowledge of similar products by regularly surveying price lists of other hotel suppliers.定期檢查承包的供應以確保價格仍有競爭力。通過定期調查其他酒店供應商的價格表,保持對競爭對手的同類產品的了解。
- ?Co-ordinate market surveys for fresh food items and flowers.協調新鮮食物產品和鮮花的市場調查。
- Analyse market trends to anticipate likely price fluctuations, for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short time periods.分析市場趨勢以預測可能會出現的價格波動,以保持長期或短期的庫存。
- In conjunction with Storeman and Department heads, optimize the carrying cost of operating supplies and inventories, through regular review of minimum/maximum stock levels.?聯系倉庫管理員和部門負責人,通過定期檢查最少和最多的庫存水平來優化營運供應和庫存的經營成本。
