1. Outlet Team Leader? requires the ability to provide professional and efficient service, achieve planned profits through inventory control, directly supervise the work of employees, and ensure that guests receive perfect service that meets standards by complying with the rules and regulations of the restaurant and hotel.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service awareness throughout the entire work process.
3. Maintain a positive work attitude, perform duties diligently, and proactively resolve issues. Be able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues at all times.
4. Be able to provide constructive feedback or suggestions that benefit the hotel's operations and environment.
