As a?Bartender,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店調(diào)酒師，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Provide professional beverage services to guests, including recommending and serving wines, spirits and specialty drinks, and offering accurate pairing suggestions based on dishes.
? 為賓客提供專業(yè)的酒水服務，包括葡萄酒、烈酒及特色飲品的推薦與侍酒操作，結(jié)合菜品特點提供搭配建議。
2、Be responsible for daily management of the beverage warehouse and bar, including inventory checking, maintenance of storage conditions (e.g., temperature and humidity control) and expiration date inspection to ensure stable beverage quality.
? 負責酒水倉庫及吧臺酒水的日常管理，包括庫存盤點、存儲維護（如溫度、濕度調(diào)控）、效期檢查，確保酒水品質(zhì)完好。
3、Assist in updating beverage menus, propose adjustment plans according to seasonal changes, guest preferences and market trends, and participate in discussions on new product selection and pricing.
? 協(xié)助更新酒水菜單，根據(jù)季節(jié)、賓客偏好及市場趨勢提出調(diào)整建議，參與新品選品與定價討論。
4、Conduct team training on beverage knowledge (including origin, taste, brewing process, etc.) to enhance the professionalism of overall services.
? 為團隊提供酒水知識培訓（如產(chǎn)地、口感、釀造工藝等），提升整體服務專業(yè)性。
5、Record guests' beverage preferences, establish personalized service profiles to improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate.
? 記錄賓客酒水偏好，建立個性化服務檔案，增強客戶粘性與復購率。
6、Strictly follow standard wine service procedures (such as opening, decanting, pouring, etc.) and demonstrate standardized professional service etiquette.
? 嚴格遵循侍酒標準流程（如開酒、醒酒、倒酒等），展現(xiàn)專業(yè)服務禮儀。?
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Hold a professional bartender certification with solid knowledge of wines and various beverages.
? 持有專業(yè)調(diào)酒師資格認證，具備扎實的葡萄酒及各類酒水知識。
2、At least 2 years of sommelier experience in high-end restaurants, hotels or boutique bars, familiar with international beverage service standards.
? 至少2年高端餐廳、酒店或精品酒吧調(diào)酒經(jīng)驗，熟悉國際酒水服務標準。
3、Excellent sensory tasting ability, able to accurately describe beverage flavors and pair them with dishes.
? 具備出色的感官品鑒能力，能準確描述酒水風味并匹配菜品。
4、Strong service awareness, good at observing guests' needs and providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive personalized service.
? 服務意識強，善于觀察賓客需求，提供貼心且不打擾的個性化服務。
5、Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate smoothly with international guests on beverage-related needs.
? 英語聽說流利，可順暢與國際賓客溝通酒水相關(guān)需求。
6、Good stress tolerance, able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythms during peak hours.
? 具備良好的抗壓能力，能適應高峰期高強度工作節(jié)奏。
