作為酒店餐廳經理，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Take full charge of the restaurant's daily operations, establish service standards and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and enhance guests' dining experience.
? 全面負責餐廳日常運營管理，制定服務標準與流程，確保服務質量穩定，提升賓客用餐體驗。
2、Oversee team management, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance assessment, to motivate staff and build an efficient service team.
? 統籌團隊管理，包括招聘、培訓、排班及績效考核，激發員工積極性，打造高效服務團隊。
3、Be responsible for menu optimization, dish quality control and cost management; adjust catering strategies based on market trends and guest feedback to meet revenue targets.
? 負責菜單優化、菜品品質監控及成本管控，結合市場趨勢與賓客反饋調整餐飲策略，達成營收目標。
4、Maintain customer relationships, handle complaints and special requests, establish a membership system, and improve customer repurchase rate and loyalty.
? 維護客戶關系，處理賓客投訴與特殊需求，建立會員體系，提升客戶復購率與忠誠度。
5、Coordinate with the kitchen, procurement and other relevant departments to ensure food supply, dish serving rhythm and food safety for smooth operations.
? 協調廚房、采購等相關部門，保障食材供應、出菜節奏及食品安全，確保運營順暢。
6、Organize themed events, promotions and other marketing activities to boost the restaurant's popularity and customer flow.
? 組織主題活動、推廣活動等營銷工作，提升餐廳知名度與客流量。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、With over 5 years of experience in star hotel restaurants, including at least 3 years in restaurant management.
? 5年以上星級酒店餐廳工作經驗，其中至少3年餐廳管理相關經驗。
2、Excellent team leadership, organizational coordination, and problem-solving skills.
? 具備出色的團隊領導能力、組織協調能力及問題解決能力。
3、Familiar with catering operation processes, food safety regulations, and cost control methods.
? 熟悉餐飲運營流程、食品安全規范及成本控制方法。
4、Strong service awareness, adept at identifying guest needs and providing personalized service solutions.
? 服務意識強，善于洞察賓客需求，能提供個性化服務方案。
5、Good English proficiency, able to efficiently communicate with international guests and foreign teams.
? 英語良好，可高效對接國際賓客與外籍團隊。
6、Strong market sensitivity and marketing planning capabilities.
? 具備較強的市場敏感度與營銷策劃能力。
