作為酒店餐廳副經(jīng)理,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1、Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, implement service standards and procedures, and ensure efficient and orderly service during peak hours and daily operations.
? 協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理統(tǒng)籌餐廳日常運(yùn)營(yíng),執(zhí)行服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程,確保高峰期及日常服務(wù)高效有序。
2、Participate in team management, including staff training, scheduling coordination and performance follow-up, to help improve the team's service professionalism and collaboration efficiency.
? 參與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,包括員工培訓(xùn)、排班協(xié)調(diào)及績(jī)效跟進(jìn),協(xié)助提升團(tuán)隊(duì)服務(wù)專業(yè)度與協(xié)作效率。
3、Assist in monitoring dish quality, portion and serving rhythm, collect guest feedback on dishes and services, and put forward optimization suggestions.
? 協(xié)助監(jiān)控菜品品質(zhì)、分量及出菜節(jié)奏,收集賓客對(duì)菜品與服務(wù)的反饋,提出優(yōu)化建議。
4、Assist in handling guest complaints and special needs, and temporarily take on on-site management responsibilities when the manager is absent to ensure smooth operations.
? 協(xié)助處理賓客投訴與特殊需求,在經(jīng)理不在崗時(shí)臨時(shí)承擔(dān)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理職責(zé),保障運(yùn)營(yíng)順暢。
5、Participate in cost control work, including material consumption statistics and inventory spot checks, to help reduce operational losses.
? 參與成本控制工作,包括物料消耗統(tǒng)計(jì)、庫存抽查,協(xié)助降低運(yùn)營(yíng)損耗。
6、Cooperate with the manager to plan and execute marketing activities and themed promotions, helping to increase the restaurant's revenue and customer flow.
? 配合經(jīng)理策劃并執(zhí)行營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)與主題推廣,助力提升餐廳營(yíng)收與客流量。

We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、Over 3 years of experience in star hotel restaurants, including at least 1 year in restaurant management.
? 3年以上星級(jí)酒店餐廳工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少1年餐廳管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、Good team collaboration and execution skills, able to efficiently assist the manager in completing various tasks.
? 具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與執(zhí)行能力,能高效配合經(jīng)理完成各項(xiàng)工作。
3、Familiar with catering service processes, food safety regulations and basic cost control methods.
? 熟悉餐飲服務(wù)流程、食品安全規(guī)范及基礎(chǔ)成本控制方法。
4、Strong service awareness, adept at observing guest needs, and with certain problem-solving abilities.
? 服務(wù)意識(shí)突出,善于觀察賓客需求,具備一定的問題解決能力。
5、Good in English, able to meet basic communication needs of international guests.
? 英語聽說良好,可應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際賓客的基本溝通需求。
6、Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance.
? 具備較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心與抗壓能力。?
