As a?Duty Manager,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店值班經理,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Take full charge of the Front Office's overall operations during the shift, including coordinating and monitoring front desk reception, concierge services, and switchboard operations to ensure seamless service workflows.
? 全面負責當班期間前廳部的整體運營,包括前臺接待、禮賓服務、總機等模塊的協調與監控,確保服務流程順暢。
2、 Address complex requests and complaints during guests' check-in and check-out processes, deliver personalized solutions, and uphold guest satisfaction.
? 處理賓客入住、離店過程中的復雜需求及投訴,提供個性化解決方案,維護賓客滿意度。
3、Oversee team service quality, promptly rectify service discrepancies to ensure compliance with hotel standards; assist in staff training to enhance the team's professional capabilities.
? 監督團隊服務質量,及時糾正服務偏差,確保符合酒店標準;協助開展員工培訓,提升團隊專業能力。
4、Manage room reservation dynamics and inventory control, optimize room occupancy rates, and collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
? 把控客房預訂動態與房態管理,優化客房使用率,配合銷售團隊達成營收目標。
5、Respond to on-duty emergencies (e.g., facility malfunctions, security incidents), coordinate rapid responses from relevant departments, and ensure operational stability.
? 應對當班期間的突發狀況(如設施故障、安全事件等),協調相關部門快速響應,保障運營穩定
6、Maintain detailed shift logs and handover records, report guest feedback and operational issues to management, and propose improvement recommendations.
? 做好值班記錄與交接,向管理層反饋賓客意見及運營問題,提出改進建議。?
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel Front Office, including at least 1 year in shift management. Familiar with front office operational workflows; experience in star hotels is preferred.
? 3年以上酒店前廳部工作經驗,其中至少1年值班管理相關經驗,熟悉前廳運營流程,有星級酒店從業經歷者優先。
2、Excellent problem-solving and emergency handling skills, with the ability to respond calmly to various unexpected situations.
? 具備出色的問題解決能力與應急處理能力,能沉著應對各類突發情況。
3、Strong service awareness, adept at anticipating guest needs, and equipped with good communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
? 服務意識強,善于洞察賓客需求,具備良好的溝通協調與跨部門協作能力。
4、Proficiency in hotel Opera system and office software.
? 熟練操作酒店Opera系統及辦公軟件。
5、Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of communicating with international guests without barriers.
? 英語聽說讀寫流利,可無障礙對接國際賓客。
6、Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to shift work.
? 具備較強的責任心,能適應輪班制工作。
7、Good personal image and demeanor, with strong stress tolerance and team spirit.
? 形象氣質佳,具備較強的抗壓能力及團隊合作精神。?
