As a?Senior Events Manager,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店高級宴會及會議統籌經理,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Overall coordinate the entire process of planning, preparation and execution for banquets and various meetings, including demand communication, scheme design, budget control and on-site management, to ensure the event effect meets customer expectations.
? 全面統籌宴會與各類會議的策劃、籌備及執行全流程,包括需求對接、方案設計、預算把控及現場管理,確保活動效果符合客戶預期。
2、Lead communication with customers, accurately understand their needs and formulate personalized solutions covering details such as venue arrangement, catering matching and process design.
? 主導與客戶的溝通,清楚理解需求并制定個性化解決方案,涵蓋場地布置、餐飲搭配、流程設計等細節。
3、Coordinate various hotel departments and external suppliers to ensure the availability of event resources and smooth processes, and resolve cross-departmental collaboration issues.
? 協調酒店各部門及外部供應商,保障活動資源到位與流程順暢,解決跨部門協作問題。
4、Be responsible for team management and training, improve subordinates' professional capabilities in banquet sales and service execution, and promote the integration of service standardization and personalization.
? 負責團隊管理與培訓,提升下屬在宴會銷售、服務執行等方面的專業能力,推動服務標準化與個性化結合。
5、Monitor event costs and revenues, optimize pricing strategies, balance customer experience and business goals, and increase the revenue of banquet and conference business.
? 監控活動成本與收益,優化報價策略,平衡客戶體驗與經營目標,提升宴會及會議業務的營收。
6、Handle on-site emergencies (such as process adjustments, equipment failures, etc.), formulate emergency plans to ensure the smooth progress of events; conduct post-event reviews and summaries to optimize service processes.
? 處理活動現場突發狀況(如流程調整、設備故障等),制定應急預案,確保活動順利進行;活動后完成復盤總結,優化服務流程。?
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、With over 5 years of experience in hotel banquet sales, and a certain customer base accumulated.
? 5年以上酒店宴會銷售崗位工作經驗,有一定的客戶積累。
2、Proficient in banquet and conference service standards, venue layout specifications and cost control methods, capable of independently overseeing the quality of the entire event process.
? 精通宴會與會議服務標準、場地布置規范及成本控制方法,能獨立把控活動全流程質量。
3、Possess strong management skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as planning and execution capabilities.
? 具有較強的管理能力、判斷和決策能力、人際溝通協調能力、計劃與執行能力。
4、Meticulous and rigorous in work, with strategic forward-thinking.
? 工作細致、嚴謹,并具有戰略前瞻性思維。
5、Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to conduct basic communication with international guests.
? 英語聽說讀寫良好,可與國際賓客進行基礎溝通。
6、Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythms.
