崗位職責/職位描述

As a?Security Guard,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店保安員，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Be responsible for daily patrols and duty in public areas and entrances/exits of the hotel, maintain on-site order and prevent security incidents.
? 負責酒店公共區域、出入口的日常巡邏與值守，維護現場秩序，防止安全事件發生。
2、Monitor the fire control room and security systems, promptly detect abnormalities and report them, and handle initial alarms according to procedures.
? 監控消防控制室及安防系統，及時發現異常情況并上報，按流程處置初期警情。
3、Verify personnel, vehicles and items entering and exiting the hotel, register visitor information, and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering restricted areas.
? 核查進出酒店的人員、車輛及物品，登記訪客信息，阻止無關人員進入限制區域。
4、Assist in handling sudden security incidents, and cooperate with the security supervisor and relevant departments in on-site control and rescue work.
? 協助處理突發安全事件，配合保安主管及相關部門開展現場管控與救援工作。
5、Inspect the integrity of fire-fighting facilities and equipment in the responsible area, promptly feedback problems and assist in rectification.
? 檢查責任區域內消防設施、器材的完好性，發現問題及時反饋并協助整改。
6、Complete duty records and handover work, and truthfully fill in various safety ledgers such as patrols and monitoring.
? 做好值班記錄與交接班工作，如實填寫巡邏、監控等各類安全臺賬。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with more than 1 year of security work experience in hotels or properties; those with fire control certificate are preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷，1年以上酒店或物業保安工作經驗，持有消控證者優先。
2、Understand basic safety prevention knowledge, fire regulations and emergency disposal procedures, and can operate basic security equipment.
? 了解基本的安全防范知識、消防法規及應急處置流程，能操作基礎安防設備。
3、Good observation ability, able to identify potential safety hazards in time and take initial response measures.
? 具備良好的觀察能力，能及時識別安全隱患并采取初步應對措施。
4、Strong sense of work responsibility, obedient to management arrangements, with certain communication skills and team cooperation awareness.
? 工作責任心強，服從管理安排，具備一定的溝通能力和團隊協作意識。
5、Good health, no bad records, able to adapt to shift work, with basic physical fitness.
? 身體健康，無不良記錄，適應輪班制，具備基礎體能條件。
6、Good conduct, rigorous in handling affairs, and able to strictly abide by various hotel safety management systems.
? 品行端正，處事嚴謹，能嚴格遵守酒店各項安全管理制度。
