As an Engineering Supervisor,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店工程部主管，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Assist in arranging daily maintenance tasks for hotel mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, plumbing), and implement regular inspection plans as required.
? 協助安排酒店機電設備（如空調、照明、給排水）的日常維修任務，按要求執行定期巡檢計劃。
2、Respond to equipment failures in a timely manner (e.g., power system malfunctions, elevator issues), perform repairs or coordinate with technicians to resolve problems promptly.
? 及時響應設備故障（如供電系統故障、電梯問題），自行維修或協調技術人員快速解決。
3、Keep records of equipment maintenance, repair processes and material usage, and report abnormal situations to superiors in a timely manner.
? 記錄設備維護、維修過程及耗材使用情況，發現異常及時向上級匯報。
4、Assist in controlling engineering maintenance costs, including proper use of maintenance materials and participation in inventory checks of spare parts.
? 協助控制工程維修成本，包括合理使用維修耗材、參與備品備件盤點。
5、Comply with safety operation regulations, conduct daily safety checks on work areas, and ensure maintenance operations meet safety standards.
? 遵守安全操作規程，對工作區域進行日常安全檢查，確保維修作業符合安全標準。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、High school diploma or above; majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, etc., are preferred. Possession of electrician certificate or other professional qualifications is required.
? 高中及以上學歷，機電、暖通等相關專業，持有電工證等專業證書。
2、At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering maintenance, familiar with the working principles of various hotel equipment.
? 2年以上酒店工程維修經驗，熟悉酒店各類設備的工作原理。
3、Ability to independently handle common equipment failures with strong hands-on operational skills.
? 具備獨立處理常見設備故障的能力，動手操作能力強。
4、Knowledge of fire safety regulations and basic awareness of safety risk identification.
? 了解消防安全規范，具備基本的安全風險識別意識。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and emergency repair tasks.
? 工作責任心強，能適應輪班制及應急搶修工作。
