As an Engineering Technician,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店工程部技工，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Perform daily maintenance and repairs on hotel basic equipment (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems) to ensure normal use.
? 負責酒店基礎設備（如照明、空調、給排水系統）的日常維護與維修，保障設備正常使用。
2、Respond promptly to equipment fault reports, conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair, and minimize service disruption.
? 及時響應設備故障報修，到現場排查并維修，減少對酒店服務的影響。
3、Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance, repair processes and spare parts usage, and submit reports to superiors regularly.
? 詳細記錄設備維護、維修過程及備品備件使用情況，定期向上級提交報告。
4、Comply with safety operation standards, wear protective gear correctly during work, and check the safety of tools and equipment before use.
? 遵守安全操作規程，工作時正確佩戴防護用具，使用前檢查工具及設備安全性。
5、Assist superiors in conducting regular equipment inspections, and report potential risks or abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
? 協助上級開展設備定期巡檢，發現潛在風險或異常情況及時上報。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, major in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Hotel Engineering or related fields preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷，機電維修、酒店工程等相關專業優先。
2、More than 1?years of working experience in hotel engineering maintenance, familiar with the performance and maintenance of common hotel equipment.
? 1年以上酒店工程維修工作經驗，熟悉酒店常用設備的性能及維護方法。
3、Proficient in basic maintenance skills of mechanical and electrical equipment, able to independently handle common faults.
? 掌握機電設備基礎維修技能，能獨立處理常見故障。
4、Good communication skills, able to coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping) to complete maintenance tasks.
? 具備良好的溝通能力，能與相關部門（如前廳、客房）協調配合完成維修工作。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and work under pressure.
? 責任心強，能適應輪班工作，可承受工作壓力。
