崗位職責/職位描述

As a?CCTV Operator,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店消防監控員，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Monitor the operation of hotel fire control systems (e.g., fire alarms, sprinklers) in the fire control room in real time, record operation data and abnormal signals.
? 在消防控制室實時監控酒店消控系統（如火災報警器、噴淋系統）運行，記錄運行數據及異常信號。
2、Conduct daily inspections of fire-fighting facilities (e.g., fire extinguishers, hydrants, evacuation routes) to ensure they are intact and comply with safety standards.
? 每日檢查消防設施（如滅火器、消防栓、疏散通道），確保設施完好且符合安全標準。
3、Respond promptly to fire alarm signals, verify the cause of alarms (distinguish false alarms from real emergencies), and report to superiors and activate emergency procedures if necessary.
? 及時響應火災報警信號，核實報警原因（區分誤報與真實險情），必要時上報上級并啟動應急流程。
4、Assist in organizing fire safety training and drills for hotel staff, and popularize basic fire prevention and escape knowledge.
? 協助組織酒店員工消防培訓與演練，普及基礎防火及逃生知識。
5、Maintain order in the fire control room, keep operation records and fire-fighting documents organized, and cooperate with relevant departments for fire safety inspections.
? 維護消防控制室秩序，妥善整理操作記錄及消防文件，配合相關部門開展消防安全檢查。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, major in fire safety, security or related fields preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷，消防安全、安保等相關專業優先。
2、Hold a valid Fire Equipment Operator Certificate, familiar with national fire safety regulations.
? 持有有效消防設施操作員證書，熟悉國家消防安全法規。
3、At least 1 year of experience in hotel fire control or security work, able to proficiently operate fire control room equipment.
? 1年以上酒店消控或安保工作經驗，能熟練操作消防控制室設備。
4、Strong sense of responsibility and emergency response ability, able to stay calm and handle fire-related emergencies properly.
? 責任心強，具備應急處置能力，能在火情相關突發情況中保持冷靜并妥善處理。
5、Able to adapt to 24-hour shift work and strictly abide by the hotel’s fire safety management system.
? 能適應24小時輪班工作，嚴格遵守酒店消防安全管理制度。
