1、Responsible for selling hotel rooms, F&B, meetings and other products to achieve individual and team performance targets.

? 負(fù)責(zé)酒店客房、餐飲及會議等產(chǎn)品的銷售，完成個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)績指標(biāo)。

2、Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular visits and communications to enhance customer satisfaction.

? 開發(fā)新客戶并維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系，定期拜訪溝通，提升客戶滿意度。

3、Formulate customer sales strategies, recommend hotel product combinations according to needs, and reach cooperation intentions.

? 制定客戶銷售策略，根據(jù)需求推薦酒店產(chǎn)品組合，達(dá)成合作意向。

4、Collect market and competitor information, feed back to the team and assist in optimizing sales plans.

? 收集市場及競爭對手信息，反饋給團(tuán)隊(duì)并協(xié)助優(yōu)化銷售方案。

5、Cooperate with the marketing department to implement promotional activities, promote customer participation and convert into actual orders.

? 配合市場部執(zhí)行促銷活動，推動客戶參與并轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際訂單。

6、Follow up the fulfillment process of customer orders, coordinate various departments to ensure service quality and handle customer complaints.

? 跟進(jìn)客戶訂單的履約流程，協(xié)調(diào)各部門確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量，處理客訴。

We are looking someone who:

我們尋找的人選需具備：

1、College degree or above, major in marketing, hotel management or related fields preferred, with 1 years of hotel sales experience.

? 大專及以上學(xué)歷，市場營銷、酒店管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，1年酒店銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

2、Good communication and negotiation skills, able to independently develop clients and facilitate cooperation.

? 具備良好的溝通談判能力，能獨(dú)立開拓客戶并促成合作。

3、Familiar with hotel products and sales processes, understand local market and customer demand characteristics.

? 熟悉酒店產(chǎn)品及銷售流程，了解本地市場及客戶需求特點(diǎn)。

4、Basic data analysis ability, able to formulate targeted sales plans.

5、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to meet the communication needs of foreign clients.
