As a Reservation Agent,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店預訂部文員，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Handle reservation requests from customers via phone, email, online platforms, etc., accurately input into the reservation system and confirm information.
? 處理客戶通過電話、郵件、線上平臺等渠道的預訂請求，準確錄入系統并確認信息。
2、Be responsible for daily management of reservation information, including modification, cancellation, inquiry and filing, to ensure accurate and complete data.
? 負責預訂信息的日常管理，包括修改、取消、查詢及歸檔，確保數據準確完整。
3、Answer customers' inquiries related to reservations such as room rates, room types, promotions and check-in policies, providing professional services.
? 解答客戶關于房價、房型、優惠活動及入住政策等預訂相關咨詢，提供專業服務。
4、Coordinate with front desk, sales and other departments, synchronize reservation information to ensure a smooth check-in process for guests.
? 與前臺、銷售等部門協調溝通，同步預訂信息，保障客人入住流程順暢。
5、Regularly count reservation data and generate basic reports to provide data support for department operations.
? 定期統計預訂數據，生成基礎報表，為部門運營提供數據支持。
6、Strictly abide by hotel reservation procedures and policies, and assist in maintaining the normal operation of the reservation system.
? 嚴格遵守酒店預訂流程及政策，協助維護預訂系統的正常運行。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、College degree or above, with more than 1 year of hotel reservation experience is better.
? 大專及以上學歷，1年以上酒店預訂經驗優先。
2、Familiar with hotel reservation systems (Opera) and office software operation, with basic data processing ability.
? 熟悉酒店預訂系統（如 Opera）及辦公軟件操作，具備基礎數據處理能力。
3、Good communication and expression skills, patient and meticulous, able to respond to customer needs efficiently.
? 具備良好的溝通表達能力，耐心細致，能高效回應客戶需求。
4、Understand hotel room rate system, room type characteristics and various promotional policies, and master basic sales skills.
? 了解酒店房價體系、房型特點及各類促銷政策，掌握基礎銷售技巧。
5、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to handle simple reservation communication with foreign customers.
? 英語聽說能力良好，可應對涉外客戶的簡單預訂溝通。
6、Strong sense of work responsibility, with team spirit, able to adapt to shift work.
? 工作責任心強，具備團隊協作精神。
