作為酒店公共區域主管,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel public areas (e.g., lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms), ensuring compliance with hygiene and service standards.
? 負責酒店公共區域(如大堂、走廊、電梯、衛生間)的日常清潔與維護,確保符合衛生及服務標準。
2、Supervise the PA team (e.g., cleaners, attendants), including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and conducting routine skill training to improve work efficiency.
? 督導公共區域團隊(如保潔員、服務員),包括排班、分配任務,開展日常技能培訓以提升工作效率。
3、Conduct regular inspections of public areas, identify cleanliness or facility issues promptly, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
? 定期巡查公共區域,及時發現清潔或設施問題,跟進整改措施,確保問題及時解決。
4、Manage inventory of PA cleaning supplies and tools, control procurement costs, and ensure adequate stock to avoid work disruptions.
? 管理公共區域清潔用品及工具庫存,控制采購成本,確保物資充足,避免影響工作開展。
5、Coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, and front office departments to handle public area maintenance requests or event support (e.g., conference setup, festival decoration).
? 與工程、客房、前廳等部門協調,處理公共區域維修需求或活動支持(如會議布置、節日裝飾)。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with relevant experience in hotel public area management preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷,有酒店公共區域管理相關經驗者優先。
2、At least 2 years of working experience in hotel PA operations, familiar with public area cleaning processes and hygiene standards.
? 2年以上酒店公共區域運營工作經驗,熟悉公區清潔流程及衛生標準。
3、Proficient in using common cleaning equipment and supplies, able to guide staff on standardized operations.
? 熟練使用常用清潔設備及用品,能指導員工規范操作。
4、Strong supervisory and communication skills, able to effectively manage team work and coordinate cross-departmental matters.
? 具備較強的督導及溝通能力,能有效管理團隊工作并協調跨部門事務。
5、Responsible and detail-oriented, able to adapt to shift work and handle emergency cleaning tasks.
? 責任心強、注重細節,能適應輪班工作,可處理應急清潔任務。
