As a?Laundry?Supervisor,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店洗衣房主管，需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Oversee daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of hotel linen (bedding, towels) and staff uniforms, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
? 負責洗衣房日常運營，包括酒店布草（床品、毛巾）及員工制服的洗滌、烘干、熨燙與折疊，確保符合清潔及質量標準。
2、Manage the laundry team, assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, conduct skill training (e.g., equipment operation, detergent usage), and monitor work efficiency.
? 管理洗衣房團隊，分配日常任務、排班、開展技能培訓（如設備操作、洗滌劑使用），并監控工作效率。
3、Inspect laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers) regularly, arrange maintenance or repairs promptly when faults occur, and ensure safe operation.
? 定期檢查洗衣設備（洗衣機、烘干機、熨燙機），出現故障時及時安排維修，確保設備安全運行。
4、Control consumption of laundry supplies (detergents, softeners, starch), manage inventory, and optimize usage to reduce waste and meet cost targets.
? 控制洗衣耗材（洗滌劑、柔順劑、漿粉）消耗，管理庫存，優化使用量以減少浪費，達成成本目標。
5、Conduct quality checks on processed linen and uniforms, identify issues (e.g., stains, damage) timely, and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
? 對處理后的布草及制服進行質量檢查，及時發現問題（如污漬、破損），并與相關部門協調跟進。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with experience in hotel laundry management preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷，有酒店洗衣房管理經驗者優先。
2、At least 2 years of working experience in hotel laundry operations, familiar with laundry equipment operation and linen processing standards.
? 2年以上酒店洗衣房運營經驗，熟悉洗衣設備操作及布草處理標準。
3、Proficient in controlling laundry costs and inventory management, able to optimize supply usage effectively.
? 精通洗衣成本控制及庫存管理，能有效優化耗材使用。
4、Strong team management and communication skills, able to train staff and coordinate with housekeeping/HR departments.
? 具備較強的團隊管理及溝通能力，能培訓員工并與客房部/人事部協調工作。
5、Responsible and detail-oriented, able to adapt to shift work and handle urgent laundry tasks (e.g., event linen needs).
? 責任心強、注重細節，能適應輪班工作，可處理緊急洗衣任務（如活動布草需求）。
