As a?Floor?Supervisor,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店樓層主管,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Oversee daily operations of hotel guest room floors, including supervising room cleaning, linen replacement, and amenities replenishment to meet service standards.
? 負責酒店客房樓層日常運營,督導客房清潔、布草更換及客用備品補充工作,確保符合服務標準。
2、Supervise the floor team (e.g., room attendants, floor attendants), assign daily tasks, conduct on-site guidance, and ensure efficient work execution.
? 管理樓層團隊(如客房服務員、樓層服務員),分配日常工作任務,現場指導操作,保障工作高效開展。
3、Conduct random inspections of cleaned guest rooms and floor public areas, verify cleanliness and facility integrity, and follow up on rectification of substandard items.
? 隨機檢查已清潔客房及樓層公共區域,核實清潔質量與設施完好度,對不達標項跟進整改。
4、Coordinate with front office and housekeeping department to prioritize room cleaning tasks, ensure timely room readiness, and handle guests’ special requests on the floor.
? 協調前廳部與客房部,合理排序客房清潔任務,確保客房及時就緒,處理樓層賓客的特殊需求。
5、Manage floor supplies (e.g., cleaning agents, linen, amenities), monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or excesses to superiors promptly.
? 管理樓層物資(如清潔劑、布草、客用品),監控庫存狀況,及時向上級匯報物資短缺或積壓情況。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with experience in hotel housekeeping or floor management preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷,有酒店客房部或樓層管理相關經驗者優先。
2、At least 2 years of working experience in hotel guest room operations, familiar with room cleaning processes and hygiene standards.
? 2年以上酒店客房運營工作經驗,熟悉客房清潔流程及衛生標準。
3、Proficient in identifying common guest room facility issues and able to guide staff on standardized handling methods.
? 能識別客房常見設施問題,可指導員工規范處理。
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate with cross-departmental teams and effectively communicate with guests.
? 具備較強的溝通協調能力,能與跨部門團隊協作,且可高效對接賓客。
5、Responsible and detail-oriented, able to adapt to shift work and handle emergency cleaning tasks.
? 責任心強、注重細節,能適應輪班工作,可處理應急清潔任務。
