As a Sales Manager,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店銷售經(jīng)理，需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé)：
1、Responsible for selling hotel products such as guest rooms, conference facilities,?and catering services, and achieving the sales targets set by the hotel.
? 負(fù)責(zé)酒店客房、會(huì)議、餐飲等產(chǎn)品的銷售工作，完成酒店下達(dá)的銷售指標(biāo)。
2、Develop and maintain customer resources, including travel agencies, corporate?clients, and OTA platforms, to establish long-term and stable cooperative?relationships.
? 開發(fā)并維護(hù)客戶資源，包括旅行社、企業(yè)客戶、OTA平臺(tái)等，建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系。
3、Conduct regular customer visits to understand market demands and feedback,?formulate and implement sales strategies.
? 定期拜訪客戶，了解市場(chǎng)需求及反饋，制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略。
4、Participate in marketing promotion activities to enhance the hotel's brand?awareness and market share.
? 參與市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)，提升酒店品牌知名度及市場(chǎng)占有率。
5、Assist in formulating sales plans and budgets, and submit regular sales reports?and market analyses.
? 協(xié)助制定銷售計(jì)劃及預(yù)算，定期提交銷售報(bào)告及市場(chǎng)分析。
6、Coordinate internal hotel resources to ensure timely response and efficient?handling of customer needs.
? 協(xié)調(diào)酒店內(nèi)部資源，確保客戶需求得到及時(shí)響應(yīng)和高效處理。
7、?Track industry trends and competitors' dynamics, and adjust sales strategies?promptly.
? 跟蹤行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況，及時(shí)調(diào)整銷售策略。
8、?Maintain and coordinate the relationship between the hotel's marketing?department and the marketing team of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Group.
? 維護(hù)并協(xié)調(diào)酒店市場(chǎng)部門與香格里拉酒店及度假集團(tuán)市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的關(guān)系。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Junior college degree or above; major in marketing, hotel management or related?fields is preferred.
? 大專及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2、With over 2 years of sales experience in star-rated hotels, familiar with hotel?operation modes and market characteristics.
??2年以上星級(jí)酒店銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)模式及市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)。
3、Strong market development and customer management capabilities, able to?independently complete sales tasks.
? 具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)開拓能力和客戶管理能力，能獨(dú)立完成銷售任務(wù)。
4、Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, capable of?effectively maintaining customer relationships.
??良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及談判技巧，能有效維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。
5、Good personal image and demeanor, with strong pressure resistance and team?spirit.
??形象氣質(zhì)佳，具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
6、Proficient in office software, with data analysis and report writing abilities.
??熟練使用辦公軟件，具備數(shù)據(jù)分析及報(bào)告撰寫能力。
