作為酒店餐廳主管,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Be responsible for daily operation management of the restaurant, coordinate pre-meal preparation, in-meal service and post-meal finishing work to ensure smooth processes.
? 負責餐廳日常運營管理,統籌開餐前準備、餐中服務及餐后收尾工作,確保流程順暢。
2、Arrange staff scheduling and division of labor, supervise service quality, promptly correct non-standard operations, and enhance guests' dining experience.
? 安排員工排班與分工,監督服務質量,及時糾正不規范操作,提升客人用餐體驗。
3、Handle guests' needs and complaints during dining, coordinate to solve problems, record feedback and optimize service details.
? 處理客人用餐過程中的需求及投訴,協調解決問題,記錄反饋并優化服務細節。
4、Inspect restaurant hygiene, tableware placement and food preparation to ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
? 檢查餐廳環境衛生、餐具擺放及食材備料情況,確保符合酒店衛生及安全標準。
5、Assist in formulating restaurant promotion plans, cooperate in implementation and track results to promote the achievement of revenue targets.
? 協助制定餐廳促銷活動方案,配合執行并跟蹤效果,推動營收目標達成。
6、Organize staff to carry out training on service skills and dish knowledge, improve the team's professional ability and collaboration efficiency.
? 組織員工開展服務技能、菜品知識培訓,提升團隊專業能力與協作效率。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience as a supervisor in high-star hotels or high-end restaurants, familiar with catering operation processes.
? 大專及以上學歷,2 年以上高星級酒店或高端餐廳主管經驗,熟悉餐飲運營流程。
2、Good team management skills, able to effectively motivate employees and coordinate to solve contradictions and problems in work.
? 具備良好的團隊管理能力,能有效激勵員工,協調解決工作中的矛盾與問題。
3、Understand catering hygiene standards, food safety regulations and hotel service norms, and pay attention to service details and quality.
? 了解餐飲衛生標準、食品安全法規及酒店服務規范,注重服務細節與品質。
4、Strong communication and expression skills, able to collaborate efficiently with guests and cross-departmental colleagues, and handle emergencies.
? 擁有較強的溝通表達能力,能與客人及跨部門同事高效協作,處理突發狀況。
5、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to respond to daily communication and needs of foreign guests.
? 英語聽說能力良好,可應對涉外客人的日常溝通及需求響應。
6、Proactive in work, strong pressure resistance, with certain cost control awareness and customer service awareness.
? 工作積極主動,抗壓性強,具備一定的成本控制意識與客戶服務意識。
