職位:酒吧主管 Bar Supervisor
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
We are looking for a Bar?Supervisor?with following duties and requirements:

As a?Bar?Supervisor,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店酒吧主管,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1、Assist the bar manager in daily operations, responsible for the specific implementation of pre-opening preparation, beverage production and closing work to ensure standardized processes.
? 協(xié)助酒吧經(jīng)理落實(shí)日常運(yùn)營(yíng),負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)吧準(zhǔn)備、酒水出品及閉吧收尾的具體執(zhí)行,確保流程規(guī)范。
2、Supervise the implementation of staff service standards, guide standardized operations, promptly correct service omissions, and enhance guest experience.
? 監(jiān)督員工服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行情況,指導(dǎo)規(guī)范操作,及時(shí)糾正服務(wù)疏漏,提升客人體驗(yàn)。
3、Handle guests' immediate needs and complaints regarding beverages and services, coordinate on-site solutions, report to the manager, and follow up on improvements.
? 處理客人關(guān)于酒水、服務(wù)的即時(shí)需求及投訴,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)解決并向經(jīng)理反饋,跟進(jìn)優(yōu)化。
4、Assist in managing beverage inventory, implement inventory procedures, record consumption data, and cooperate with the manager in controlling procurement and costs.
? 協(xié)助管理酒水庫(kù)存,執(zhí)行盤點(diǎn)流程,記錄消耗數(shù)據(jù),配合經(jīng)理把控采購(gòu)與成本。
5、Daily inspection of bar hygiene, equipment status and fire safety, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and recording issues.
? 每日檢查酒吧環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、設(shè)備狀態(tài)及消防安全,確保符合酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并記錄問(wèn)題。
6、Participate in the organization and implementation of staff training on beverage knowledge and mixing skills to improve the team's practical abilities.
? 參與員工酒水知識(shí)、調(diào)制技巧培訓(xùn)的組織實(shí)施,提升團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)操能力。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in grass-roots management of high-end bars or hotel bars, familiar with beverage service processes.
? 大專及以上學(xué)歷,2 年以上高端酒吧或酒店酒吧基層管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉酒水服務(wù)流程。
2、Proficient in characteristics of various beverages, mixing methods and bar equipment operation, with understanding of basic cost control logic.
? 精通各類酒水特性、調(diào)制方法及酒吧設(shè)備操作,了解基礎(chǔ)成本控制邏輯。
3、Strong on-site supervision ability, able to efficiently implement work arranged by the manager and coordinate staff collaboration.
? 具備較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)督導(dǎo)能力,能高效執(zhí)行經(jīng)理安排的工作,協(xié)調(diào)員工協(xié)作。
4、Excellent adaptability, able to quickly handle guest needs and emergencies, maintaining normal bar operation order.
? 應(yīng)變能力突出,能快速處理客人需求及突發(fā)狀況,維持酒吧正常運(yùn)營(yíng)秩序。
5、Fluent in English listening and speaking, able to smoothly handle communication scenarios such as ordering and consulting for foreign guests.
? 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)流利,可順暢完成涉外客人點(diǎn)單、咨詢等溝通場(chǎng)景。
6、Attention to details and service quality, strong sense of responsibility, able to actively cooperate with the manager to achieve operational goals.
? 注重細(xì)節(jié)與服務(wù)品質(zhì),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),能積極配合經(jīng)理推動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
