As a?Restaurant Associate,?we rely on you to:

作為酒店餐廳接待,需承擔以下主要工作職責:


1、Be responsible for greeting and seeing off restaurant guests, guiding them to appropriate seats, providing menus promptly and introducing basic restaurant information.

? 負責餐廳客人的迎接與送別,引導至合適座位,及時提供菜單并介紹餐廳基本信息。

2、Handle guests' reservation requests, including recording, confirming and changing reservations via phone and online platforms to ensure accurate information.

? 處理客人預訂需求,包括電話、線上平臺的預訂記錄、確認及變更,確保信息準確。

3、Assist in maintaining order at the restaurant entrance and waiting area, provide basic services such as tea for waiting guests, and arrange seating order reasonably.

? 協助維護餐廳入口及等候區秩序,為等候客人提供茶水等基礎服務,合理安排入座順序。

4、Record guests' special needs (such as allergy reminders, seat preferences, etc.), promptly communicate them to the service team to ensure service connection.

? 記錄客人特殊需求(如過敏提示、座位偏好等),及時傳遞給服務團隊,保障服務銜接。

5、Check daily reservation information against actual guest arrivals, count occupancy rate data, sort it out and submit to the restaurant supervisor.

? 核對每日預訂信息與實際到客情況,統計上座率數據,整理后提交給餐廳主管。

6、Keep the reception desk and surrounding areas clean and tidy, ensuring promotional materials, reservation forms and other items are neatly arranged.

? 保持接待臺及周邊區域整潔,確保宣傳資料、預訂表單等物品擺放有序。


We are looking someone who:

我們尋找的人選需具備:

1、Secondary vocational school education or above, with more than 1 year of reception or service experience in the catering industry; those familiar with restaurant reservation systems are preferred.

? 中專及以上學歷,1 年以上餐飲行業接待或服務經驗,熟悉餐廳預訂系統操作者優先。

2、Good appearance and deportment, strong affinity, able to communicate with guests proactively and enthusiastically, showing service awareness.

? 具備良好的儀容儀表,親和力強,能主動熱情地與客人溝通,展現服務意識。

3、Master basic communication skills, able to answer guests' inquiries patiently and handle simple on-site problems flexibly.

? 掌握基本的溝通技巧,能耐心解答客人咨詢,靈活應對簡單的現場問題。

4、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to handle daily greetings, reservations and seating arrangements for foreign guests.

? 英語聽說能力良好,可應對涉外客人的日常問候、預訂及座位安排溝通。

5、Meticulous and organized in work, proficient in using office software (such as Excel) to record reservations and statistical data.

? 工作細致有條理,能熟練使用辦公軟件(如 Excel)記錄預訂及統計數據。

6、Adapt to shift work, have a sense of teamwork and obey superiors' arrangements.

? 適應輪班制工作,具備團隊協作意識,服從上級安排。
